"Why not eat Yogurt?", you might ask. Well, apparently Lactobacilious Acidophilus causes my throat to close up and my blood to boil. How odd is that? That means no cheese or yogurt or, get this, sour kraut. Something my body naturally produces, ( note it does not produce it but it does live in the gut), actually can cause me to die. When yogurt touches my skin, it causes rashes.
To try and balance out this allergy and keep my gut healthy, I have considered using Inulin, which you might know as it's more common name, Fiber Sure. Inulin actually helps promote the production of beneficial bacterium in the gut, while cleaning one out so to speak. The problem is testing the Inulin to see whether it can cause a reaction as it is possible it is a derivative of soy, but even if it is it should not hold any of the allergens of soy itself.
Now, onto what can I eat, as you must be asking that question. Not much, mainly fruit, homemade break, and homemade meals. Things without soy don't have much taste by the way. Everything tastes the same. As for vitamins, I take Centrum Liquid, which tastes as good as it sounds and makes one have the faint smell of Castor oil. I used to take the chewables, but the soy allergy became worse and I soon had to end that.
In the time I gained these allergies, I have lost 80 pounds, and my brother soon gained the milk allergy himself, to a lesser degree. He can take pills for it, while I become violently ill when taking said pills. At the rate I am gaining these allergies, I fear soon I will gain a new one, and end up nothing more than a hungry spirit. God damn I am tired of eating beans.
